What can I expect from the event?
Broadway Unhinged is what happens when Broadway hits party mode. A comedy-fueled musical showdown where iconic songs, outrageous parodies, and audience games collide. From hits like Wicked and Hamilton to Mamma Mia, and Grease, the crowd picks which musicals compete and votes to crown the ultimate winner. It’s Broadway — louder, looser, and completely chaotic — and no two nights are ever the same.

The experience takes place at Centro Asturiano, located at 1913 N Nebraska Ave, Tampa, FL 33602.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won’t be any food available at this event, but there will be a full bar.
Is there parking available?
There will be free parking available.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
As this is an immersive experience, we encourage you to dress up, but it is not mandatory. There's no set dress code, so if you don't want to dress up, a casual look will be fine.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
Yes! We encourage you to interact with the actors to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the
Fever website
. Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please

if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number. Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the
Apple App Store
or
Google Play
). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store
or
Google Play
. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please

. Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We recommend you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session. If guests arrive late they will be admitted at the end of the section being performed.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Yes, trained service animals are permitted in accordance with ADA guidelines.
Is the venue accessible?
Unfortunately, the venue is not accessible.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, weapons and anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based in availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue. Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
